Rhythm Running is hosting a FREE training program for anyone in the Nashville community who is participating in the St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon & 1/2 Marathon.

What does the Training program consist of?
Rhythm Running is committed to offering the community (yes, anyone in the community) a free training program. We have proudly combined forces and partnered up with CityFit Concierge to offer free group runs on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. The training program also includes weekly cross training classes, presented by InnerStrength, held every Tuesday evening in store. Check out our calendar page for days and times for all group trainings.
There will be two routes for each run; one for the Marathoners and one of the 1/2 Marathoners. The running routes will typically match one another, with the marathon runners racking up more miles than the half marathoners with each run. Both groups will gradually increase their mileage over the course of the training. But don’t sweat it just yet! Hydration stations will be set up along the training course as the miles pile on!
What is the Cross Training class all about?
Yes, it is true! In conjunction with CityFit Concierge, Rhythm Running has also partnered with InnerStrength personal training to offer the community a free cross training session every Tuesday at 6:30pm. Classes are hosted in store and free for anyone who is interested in working up a good sweat! Classes are only one hour long, so come out, meet new people and challenge yourself to a good workout!
